Do you use AI tools?
We use professional software with selective AI assistance, but a human editor reviews and finishes every image. No fully automated outputs.
What file formats do you work with?
All common formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, RAW from most cameras, and layered PSD files. Delivery in whatever format you need.
Who owns the edited images?
You do — full rights transfer with the final delivery. We may ask permission to show work in our portfolio, but it is your call.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours for typical batches; large or complex projects get an honest timeline in the quote.
