These terms govern use of gi-mps.click and the image editing services of GI-MPS, based at 233 S Wacker Dr, Suite 4100, Chicago, IL 60606.

1. What we do

GI-MPS provides professional image editing: retouching, background removal, color correction and print preparation. We edit images; we do not create content depicting real people in false contexts or alter images for deceptive purposes.

2. Project terms

Flat quotes are agreed before work starts and cover the described scope. Revisions within the brief are included; new instructions beyond scope are quoted separately. Delivery formats and deadlines are fixed in the quote.

3. Liability

We deliver work matching the agreed brief and industry standards. We are not liable for outcomes of files used outside agreed specifications. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project.

4. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page.
